Sharon Stickell has 10 plus years experience in agriculture and holds a position as Nursery Manager for Atlantic Gardening since 2024 overseeing inventory, supply chain, business operations and customer relations. Sharon’s passion is cultivating thriving, beautiful plants and sharing her love and knowledge with staff and customers.

Ericka Doerfler is the event coordinator at Atlantic Gardening and her duties include designing, organizing, and executing public and private events that foster community engagement. Her public facing role transforms the nursery into a vibrant hub through educational workshops, seasonal events, and outreach for club presentations.
